RFMag Holiday Gift Guide 2017: BackBeat Fit 300 Series Headset

BackBeat Fit 300 Series Headset

With the BackBeat Fit 300 Series, the focus was a “good” listening experience that is comfortable, secure, and affordable. In that sense, the BackBeat Fit 300 Series is an absolute homerun. If anyone asks me this year for a workout headset suggestion, I’d suggest the BackBeat Fit 300 Series, going for a very reasonable $79.99. If you’re looking for a comfortable workout headset that stays out of your way, then the BackBeat Fit 300 Series is the first headset to check out now.

RFMag Holiday Gift Guide 2017: Razer Rogue 17.3 Laptop Backpack

Razer Rogue 17.3 Laptop Backpack

On top of handling large loads while keeping things neat and comfortable, the Razer Rogue 17.3 Backpack keeps your gear safe and secure while being easy on the eyes. YKK zippers are no joke when it comes to strong and efficient fastening. So it’s a good thing that the Razer Rogue 17.3 Backpack’s main compartments are secured by them. The bag’s ballistic nylon and PVC lining dares you to wear the Razer Rogue 17.3 Backpack even in rain or snow. And if you have the slightest bit of angst with trying that, you can always reinforce the bag with its stow-away bag cover.

RFMag Holiday Gift Guide 2017: Destiny 2

Destiny 2

Destiny 2 is the complete game fans wanted in Destiny 1’s launch. It is the proof that Bungie took in the feedback they received with every Destiny iteration and DLC. You have a story that doesn’t feel tacked together or rushed. It actually makes you want to listen to the conversations and banter. You have a class restructuring that doesn’t seem to give any one play style the edge (for now at least). You have a gun system that keeps PVP matches flowing, with all instakill weapons being sorted into a more elusive category. With Destiny 2’s presentation, execution, and overall fun, that’s bound to keep players around for quite a while, especially with DLC on the horizon.

RFMag Holiday Gift Guide 2017: Razer Thresher Ultimate Wireless Xbox One Headset

Razer Thresher Ultimate Wireless Xbox One Headset

As far as wireless listening solutions for console go, the Razer Thresher Ultimate gives you a nice package here for $249. With many of the fully wireless audio solutions out now for the Xbox One going for $249 or more, the Razer Thresher Ultimate performs quite well among its competitors. It is currently the most comfortable wireless headset for a console I have reviewed so far this year. It has a great sound performance that is reinforced by its very sound-isolating ear cups. Not to mention, you even get an optional nifty stand to show it off to your friends.
