Marvel: Realm of Champions Unveiled at New York Comic Con 2019

KABAM, the creators of MARVEL Contest of Champions have collaborated with Marvel Entertainment on their sequel game: MARVEL Realm of Champions. Players will experience a real-time mobile RPG as they align with 8 Marvel inspired factions known as ‘Houses’ and team up with friends in action arena combat against enemies and other players – all part of an epic war of global proportions in the Battleworld. While at New York Comic-Con, attendees were able to pledge loyalty to their favorite house at the interactive booth.

MARVEL: Realm of Champions is a whole new imagining of the Marvel Universe that’ll have players entering the “Battleworld” – a forbidden planet behind the Space-Time Barrier. This forgotten land is where the uneasy peace between the 8 houses has been disrupted due to the death of Maestro, the God-King. The Houses involved are: The House of Iron (Iron Man), Spider-Guild (Spider-Man), Gamma Horde (Hulk), Patriot Garrison (Captain America), Pyramid X (Apocalypse/X-Men), Temple of Vishanti (Doctor Strange), Asgardian Republic (Thor) and the Kingdom of Wakanda (Black Panther).

As a Champion aligned with one of the Houses, players can either work together, or fight each other to gather resources for their faction across the Battleworld.

Battleworld Map

The map above illustrates the various locations of the Houses where players can battle it out in localized battle arenas across a variety of Player vs. Environment (PvE) and Player vs. Player (PvP) modes. Each battle contributes to the overall larger conflict between Houses. MARVEL Realm of Champions is promising an opportunity for players to live out their fantasy of becoming their own Marvel Super Hero and forge diplomatic alliances in order to lead their House to victory in the Battleworld.

I chose one of these houses…which will you choose?
