The Walking Dead Game sells 1 million
Proving once again that people like zombies and Walking Dead, and surprisingly revealing that more people than just myself like Adventure games, Tell Tale Games announced today that the Walking Dead Game.
The Walking Dead is Telltale’s fastest-selling game series to date, with the first episode of five, titled ‘A New Day’ topping the sales charts as the #1 best-selling title on Xbox LIVE Arcade for two weeks straight, also securing a spot at the top of the sales charts in its launch week on the Steam digital distribution service as well as on PlayStation®Network. These sales milestones do not yet include figures for the iOS version of The Walking Dead, which Telltale is planning to launch later this summer. The upcoming second episode of the season, ‘Starved for Help’, is expected to launch across PC, Mac, and consoles this June.
Look for our Walking Dead Review soon after the second episode releases this June!
(I want to see how the decisions between games work out before I pass judgement)

MineCraft sells 1 million in a week on Xbox Live Arcade
Minecraft just became the fastest selling XBLA game in history hitting the one million mark in less than a week despite the higher than average price of 1600msp ($20 USD). Notch tweated…
Uhhhh, Microsoft just sent out a press release saying Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition has sold a million copies in five days. Wow.
I got so say, I am bummed about some of the feature cuts, mostly the small world size, pistons and creative mode, but I am in love with MineCraft over Xbox live and split screen.
