[section_title title=”Intro”]

Earlier today, Samsung unveiled the newest addition to the Note line: the Galaxy Note7. The Note7 is “designed to give consumers what they want most in a phone–a device that strikes a balance between work and play, enabling them to do more than what they thought possible on a smartphone.”

At a quick glance, Note users will notice the sleeker feel. The curved QHD Super AMOLED screen provides an impressive picture while the camera is just as snappy as ever. Samsung has increased security with the inclusion of iris scanning technology and the announcement of potential banking partners. Couple all that with enhanced water and dust resistance and we might have the perfect phone for those who are constantly creating content on the go.

While the event did grant us the opportunity to play around with the phone, I can only comment on the superficial improvements, i.e. the larger screen and overall look and feel. However, what I’m extremely interested to see is the overall battery life of the Note7 as well as how it performs in day-to-day use.

For those interested, please continue reading to dig deeper into the Samsung Galaxy Note7. Otherwise, feel free to check out the cliff-notes below and announcement trailer.
