Protecting your Samsung S10, S10e, and S10 Plus: Catalyst Impact Protection Case

So, you have yourself a brand spanking new Samsung Galaxy S10, S10e, or S10+, and you want to protect your new device. However, you do not want to protect it at the extent of making into gaudy rubberized brick. Therefore, I figured I would share what I have been using this time around for my Samsung Galaxy S10. Let’s dive into the Catalyst Impact Protection Case for the Samsung Galaxy S10, S10e, and S10+.

After having used the Catalyst Impact Protection Case for my S9, last year, I simply had to follow suit with the Catalyst Impact Protection Case for the Samsung Galaxy S10, going for $39.99. With all of the fancy and shiny colors that Samsung likes to dawn on their devices, you are almost tempted to refrain from using a case on your phone. However, despite having a body where Corning® Gorilla® Glass 6 is on the device’s face while Corning® Gorilla® Glass 5 covers the back, a phone drop can still easily crack your device. Sure, it may still work just fine after a drop, you just have to live with cracked glass until you decide to repair or replace it.

The Catalyst Impact Protection Case gives your Samsung Galaxy S10 family of devices protection from drops with distances of up to 9.9 feet (3 meters). Its impact truss build for the side bumpers protect your device from impacts without adding too much bulk or heft. The case alone only weighs 34 grams as it does its best to maintain your Samsung Galaxy S10’s original weight and form factor. The case protects the sides and back of your phone, while using an additional bumper to surround the device’s rear cameras. The side bumpers couple with the camera bumpers to give the case just enough raise. This helps to keep the screen and camera lens from contacting surfaces when you have the phone resting on its front or back.

What I personally love is how the Catalyst Impact Protection Case maintains the phone’s aesthetics and usability without getting in the way at all. The case applies a ruffled texture to the buttons, making buttons easy to recognize, access and press. The buttons also give just the right amount resistance when pressing, ensuring that only your more intentional presses are recognized with not too much necessary pressure in your presses. Best of all, the case clearly shows off the phone’s natural design and beauty through its transparent back. Speaking about that back, the Catalyst Impact Protection Case is also wireless-charge-friendly, allowing you to keep the case on your phone as you rest it on your favorite wireless charger.

The Catalyst Impact Protection Case continues to be my go-to for my Samsung devices as it gets the job done with style. Check out the Catalyst Impact Protection Case, available now for all of the latest Samsung Galaxy S10 devices here, as well as the latest iPhone devices here.
