Rooster Teeth has become a staple within the internet and gaming community. Most Halo fans might remember watching Rooster Teeth‘s Red Vs. Blue web series long before YouTube came along and became the de facto standard for discovering web videos. More recently, Rooster Teeth launched the second volume of RWBY, an anime series which centers around four young girls attending Beacon Academy in the city of Vale. In Volume I, viewers were introduced to Team RWBY which consists of Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long as they attend Beacon and learn to use their weapons and battle against some the “Creatures of Grimm”. While Volume I was just an introduction into the world of Remnant, Volume II has already delved a little deeper and has given us a glimpse into the villains that have been secretly scheming towards the end of Volume I.
During San Diego Comic Con 2014, I got the chance to sit down and chat with Kara Eberle (Voice of “Weiss”) and Arryn Zech (Voice of “Blake”). Watch as Kara and Arryn quickly recap RWBY Volume I for us and share some insight into their character’s development and growth. We even delve into the technical enhancements that are in store in Volume II. Additionally, Kara and Arryn discuss what it meant to join Rooster Teeth’s RWBY cast and why you should tune in to Volume II.
